Parents, this book will show you what to look for as your child grows and develops. Ask your child to find the koalas. Each page with a ๐Ÿจ also has a โญ๏ธ and milestone at the bottom just for you. See if your 3-year-old is able to do some of the same things as Joey.

Read the books online to discover important milestones in your one, two or three year oldโ€™s growth and development.

How do โœ‚๏ธ skills grow?

Consistent practice.

Twice a month cut out the pictures for their letters of the month.

The three year olds and four year old take pride in cutting on the dotted line. They grow their understanding of how to cut the pictures without โ€œcuttingโ€ the pictures and how their helping hand can position the paper to make it easier to cut.

They are learning how to stay organized in their space: scrap paper in a pile and pictures to glue down on top of their letter. Before they throw their scrap paper away, they count to make sure they have all their pictures. If a picture is missing, is it on the floor, under their paper, or in their scrap pile?

Put your scissors safely on the counter and scrap paper in the garbage. Grab a glue stick. Glue your pictures down and before you place your paper on the counter, give it a shake to make sure no pictures fall off.

โœ‚๏ธ It is a routine that will set them up for independent success in a larger classroom.

โœ‚๏ธ It is a routine that will encourage them to use scissors and glue in their art and expand their creativity.

โœ‚๏ธIt is a routine that they are modeling to the younger children here โค๏ธ

are starting on their adventure with learning about the five food groups with the characters of Dean Protein, Reggie Veggie, Farrah Fruit, Mary Dairy and Jane Grain.

Age appropriate learning with each of the characters bodies made from their food groups.

The six emergent readers contain sight words too. Perfect for Prek kids to practice reading.

Emergent readers come with a matching decal that can be placed on a window at home at your childโ€™s level to help them learn the foods in each of the characters. We have these decals next to our table and match up the character with the foods on our plates.

Fuel up your ๐Ÿš€ with balanced meals!

Collaborating building a hexagon tower of Double-Sided Magnetic Number Tiles and Double-Sided Magnetic Letter Tiles

Carefully filling the tower up with blocks

๐Ÿ”‘ A key benefit of children collaborating is enhanced communication and conflict resolution. Working in groups necessitates respectful disagreement and finding shared solutions, which improves communication and provides a safe space for solving conflicts.

๐Ÿ”‘ After a moment of collaboration, ask your child how they feel? Help them tune into feelings of contentment and accomplishment or simpler terms - happy and proud

๐Ÿ”‘ Grow social and emotional awareness in positive moments โค๏ธ
