Happy National Chess Day from all of us at Kid Chess!

Saturday was National Chess Day. Did you know? National Chess Day was first declared by President Gerald Ford on October 9, 1976. He designated the day to recognize chess as a game that promotes critical thinking, patience, and strategic focus for people of all ages.
