Join the Roswell Police Department for Cops ‘N Cars 2026, a free, family-friendly car show featuring classic and custom vehicles, police vehicle displays, local shopping, great food, and plenty of community spirit. Bring the whole family and enjoy a day of fun while supporting a meaningful cause.

Last Day of Bug Camp!
🐞We had so much fun this week, we couldn’t choose just one bug for today!
🐝 We read some interesting books
🕸️ We finished our spider web project
🪲We melted ice cubes (made with baking soda and water) by dripping vinegar on the ice to uncover different insects
🦋We finished our tie dye shirts
🐛We created our own ‘insect’ snacks
🦗 And had lots of fun outside!
☀️ Happy Summer and we’ll see you in August 😎

Camp day 3
🕸️ camp fun continued today with spiders
🕸️ we learned some interesting facts about spiders and finished our butterfly craft
🕸️ lots of outdoor fun was had, including an impromptu ‘construction site’
🕸️ we designed and dyed our tie-die shirts- stay tuned for the big reveal!

Camp day 2!
🦋we had a blast learning about butterflies today!
🦋we created our own butterflies with coffee filters and water color
🦋we made a special quesadilla ‘butterfly’ snack
🦋we played in the water, complete with shaving cream and ‘oobleck’ (a non-Newtonian fluid made from cornstarch and water)
🦋we found a little worm friend and completed our ladybug craft
🕸️ Join us tomorrow as we learn about spiders!

We had so much fun on our first day of ‘A Bug’s Life’ summer camp! 🐞we learned about the life cycle of the lady bug
🐞created our own ‘lady bug’ snacks
🐞had fun playing outside, and even found a lady bug in the garden!
🐞acted out various insects using different yoga poses!
🦋Join us tomorrow as we explore butterflies!
