For Kids & Teens

This idea came to me over the summer when I realized something important: our kids—especially those with ADHD or PDA—often love to do things, but on their own terms. Their focus can be intense, but sometimes short-lived.

So why not create a program that works with that?

DJ Academy gives kids a creative, hands-on outlet to explore music, learn something new, stay engaged, and build self-regulation skills—all while having fun. 🎵

And it doesn’t stop there!

A moment that means so much to us.

I am incredibly proud and humbled that our gym had the opportunity, for the second time, to host "Wednesday’s Child" with FOX 5 Atlanta, in partnership with the Georgia Department of Family & Children Services.

What makes this experience so special is that it goes far beyond our gym. It reminds us of the power of community, connection, and simply showing up for children who deserve to feel seen, loved, and supported.

Every child deserves a safe place to call home, a family to grow with, and people who believe in them.

Being even a small part of that journey is an honor we don’t take lightly.

Sometimes, the most important thing you can give your child is a happy, confident parent who gets a little time to breathe.

Parents' Night Out gives you a few hours to:
