Welcome to my page! I am a 15 year veteran teacher who has taught as a homeroom teacher in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first grade and second grade. I am currently teaching first through fifth graders as an early intervention specialist.
Certifications and experience:
-trained in Orton Gillingham, a multi-sensory phonics technique for reading instruction.
-trained with LETRS, an amazing program that provides deep knowledge to becoming literacy experts in the science of reading
-I hold a masters degree in early childhood education with a reading endorsement
-I also hold a specialist degree In Advanced Educational Studies.
