It is the moments that teachers are in front of students that determine success or failure in education. Every investment we make is about these moments. It is where we win or lose in education. We must set teachers up for success and make these moments great.

How many times must history teach us that "united we stand, divided we fall". We are capable of so much as educators, but we cannot do it alone

So true . Every time you make a colleague's or student's day better, you make the world better

It is true that we cannot give what we do not have. We must see, nurture, and compel the greatness in each other as educators, so we can be authentic and powerful for our children
