Hello!
GEAR UP is now open for registration for our Summer Academy! This summer, we’ll be visiting colleges and exploring a variety of exciting career paths. To wrap up the season on a high note, we’ll be taking a fun trip to Meow Wolf!

Stefeni Becerra is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus New Mexico Change Agent who teaches social studies at Lake Arthur High School in Lake Arthur. Stefani also serves as a change maker and secondary content coach. With years of experience, she has earned informal leadership status due to her long tenure and commitment to her students' education. Stefeni previously partnered with Future Focused Education, implementing innovative methods to boost student engagement and morale. She earned a BS in history with a minor in economics from Eastern New Mexico University and secondary licensure in social studies.

As a gift to NCCEP and the GEAR UP Community, this project by CoolSpeak helps the world see the impact GEAR UP has on students, their families, the educators who serve them, and beyond.
