Ready • Set • Go Home Daycare Workshop — RecapThe Ready • Set • Go Home Daycare Workshop was absolutely amazing. Families will soon benefit from these new home daycares led by appointed women stepping boldly into their purpose to serve, uplift, and change lives.

Tears flowed, hugs were shared, stories were told, and vision was ignited. These women showed up with passion and a true heart for children and community. Their impact will be immeasurable.

Special thanks to Virginia Webster for reminding us of the power of being a wise financial steward.

And Kimberly Lotts — sis, you spoke from a God‑place. The room shifted, lives were touched, and gifts were unlocked. You rocked it.

To my sister, the Big Dog of ECE, Florinda Davis , thank you for sharing your expertise and elevating the space.

Welp!! Looks like we are down to our last 2 table!!! I am so excited that all of you ladies have taken the initiative to not only come out and enjoy a wonderful experience, but you are also supporting a cause.

If anyone knows me, you know that I go no lower than 5 stars, from feeding our Houston hungry, to the Galas, Fun Day in the park and more. The ultimate goal is for you to enjoy an experience. An experience that will leave you with a lasting impression.

Haha, I love that I always have to go back to ask the venue for more space.

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood at Mrs. Vital's Mrs. Academy!

Our Theme: Who Am I

Our students are learning about self love we read the book "I Like My Self" by Karen Beaumont and piggy backed with an activity affirming what we love about our selves!

What they learned in just 9 mins:

How to identify body parts
Vocabulary Words
Cooperation
Affirmations
Patients
Self control
Taking turns
Position movement from left to right(great foundation for reading)
Listening(Phonemic Awareness)
Encouragement of others.

These are all very important life skills!

BTW these students are 2-3 years of age.
