WISCONSIN AGENTS: Get your CE for both states (MN and WI) done on May 20th and 21st for $200 at MN Realty School. The link to register for our in-person WI CE Classes is in comments.

Not only do you get 18 hours for WI Requirements, you also get 15 hours of MN (pending approval) for the two days of classes!

Down syndrome. Children. Care.

In our "NAR Settlement" meetings, we have raised over $1,100 in donations from REALTORS who attended to go to Bridies Joy, a charity with the goal of raising awareness and money for children with Down Syndrome.

We are proud of our real estate professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. We are overwhelmed at the amount of support which our community has given in response. We are glad that so many professionals took the time to learn of what may impact their businesses and find solutions to better serve the buyer/sellers and landlords/tenants out there.

Brrr... Just got done snow blowing the driveway. Thank goodness for heated gloves.

Tomorrow is supposed to be 90 degrees......WHERE WE'RE GOING.

The annual Continuing Education Cruise from Florida takes off tomorrow to Jamaica, CocoCay and Grand Cayman. In between swimming outside in the pool, swimming in the ocean with dolphins, relaxing, and shows, there will be 15 hours of C.E. for Realtors.

Next years cruise is already planned----Stay tuned for the registration website. Early registration will be open March 1st to June 1st, 2025. For $1,689 per person, you get a stateroom with ocean view balcony on the Norwegian Encore leaving Miami and visiting Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, St Thomas, US Virgin Islands Tortola, British Virgin Islands, Great Stirrup Cay, Private Island in The Bahamas. We will cruise Jan 19th to 26th, 2025.

ALL INCLUSIVE: Internet, Premium Dining Package, Premium Drink Package, Taxes and Gratuities. Just pay for your flight to Miami.
