Late post on the ClientProfileSheet excell sheet. You can use this to start organizing your own meal plan. Basically the main sheet pulls the data from the nutrition sheet in drop downs for all of the different types of food.
There are nearly 1,000 food items on the nutrition list. Add your favorite food items following the same template in the sheet. Or just add your favorite recipes and nutritional information.

Just a month and my client Sam is down 12 lbs 🔥 and 2 inches off the waist 💪. Even with Asthma were able to keep her intensity at a level where she can still grow while feeling great in her sessions.
These are the kind of clients that make training worth it. Who really want change and put in the work. Working with me for a month already she's learning to recalculate her macros and prepare her own nutrition plan 📚

How do I pick a good trainer?
It can be scary when beginning your fitness journey. There is just so much to learn. What type of program is good for you? What type of diet should you do? What is this macro thing people talk about?
Too many times do I hear about beginners having terrible experiences with bad trainers. The traditional model corporate gyms and personal training gyms sell is bogus. You will learn that they are typically just selling you TIME. You are paying for time with a person following a script with the title as "TRAINER" or "COACH".
Being in the industry and have worked at gyms I have seen it all. The worse case I have seen when a middle aged women went out on a wim and applied for a personal trainer position at a gym I was working for at the time. Although she seemed very fit, she had no personal training experience or certification. Eventually a week later she had clients in front of her, utilizing the managers selling skills she was able to sell Personal Training programs to unknowledgeable clients who thought they were seeing a certified trainer. It was very easy for her to copy and paste training programs to each new client she was given.
What to look for:
Look for a trainer who can show you results of past clients. Even testimonials are great. The trainer should be able to write out a program right in front of you without any help from anyone else if they are qualified to work with you. They don't need to be a superstar on nutrition. Although, they should be able to explain the importance of a healthy diet and exercise program in detail.

One secret exercise you haven't been doing to get tighter abs and a smaller waist!
If you're just beginning the gym you may go straight to that crunch/ab machine. Or head toward those yoga mats to do your crunches and sit-ups.
