FAQ Series.
"Why would you let children paint themselves and get so messy?"
This is a type of art called "process art".
Process art allows us to focus on simply creating art, without wondering if we are doing it right or wrong. It relieves stress because we aren't focused on a specific "end product" but the journey of creating art.
Many children benefit from the sensory outlet of process art. They also learn how to create, design based on their own desire and problem solve independently.

Walks are so good for children! They naturally improve mood and physical health. Walks allow children to learn about nature and provide excellent opportunities for early social studies lessons and traffic safety. We walked by a school, several businesses, a busy bus depot! These are all awesome locations to teach children about their local community.
