We had a nice turn out for our monthly Class of “72” Ladies Lunch. Come join us-the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 11a at Awful Annie’s in Auburn.

RHS CLASS of 72 NEVER SELLS MERCHANDISE. If you see a post on or from our page trying to sell something, it is a scam. We are not selling t-shirts for ANY of our reunions or gathering.
These horrible people fish thru our comments-mostly our comments when classmates have passed & then contact you thru commenting on someone else’s comment on a post on our page. I just removed 5 of them from our post on Gabe Andrade.
These scammers use other people’s real profile photos & info to create a profile. So if you report them to Facebook they say they are real people & they can’t do anything about it.
If a T-shirt ad shows up in your feed from our site-the best thing to do is go to the 3 “…” and click “block” & then click on “block any other profiles they create”.
On our page, the only way I can stop it is to make our group private & people would have to ask to join. If I do that then very few people would be able to find out about things like when a classmate has passed or our reunions, so I don’t want to do that.

I am sorry to let our classmates know that Gabriel “Gabe” Andrade has passed. I think everyone in our class & small community of the 1970’s knew Gabe & his beautiful, big smile. Please keep his family in your thoughts & prayers as they navigate this difficult time. I don’t have any more information, but will post when I do.

Updated Scam Alert - several more low life scammers have posted on my post about Kathy Henner. They do it as a comment & then tag everyone that has alteady commented in the post. So many of you likely got a post from them about a t- shirt. If you receive anything like that you can hold your finger on the post or tap the 3 … in the right hand corner to bring up a menu (on iphones)-this will let you block them & then you do it again to delete the post.
We do not have a 2026 reunion planned & we are not selling merchandise.
I have blocked & reported them & removed the posts but it doesn’t stop new ones ftom showing up. But this shows the scammer are always out there & we need to always be careful as to who we are communicating with on social media.

I am sorry to start the New Year off with sad news, but I wanted to let our classmates know that my dear friend Kathy Henner Fenton has died. She crossed over to heaven just before midnight on New Years Eve. I am sure she is healthy & whole in heaven surround by family & friends that arrived before her & all the cats she loved so much too. I will update when I know about a service or obituary.

🌻UPDATED Info on the reception🌻 Many of us knew Lois & Paula Keenan’s Mom, Irma Keenan. I am so sorry to let our group know of her passing on Wed, Dec 11, 2024. Her funeral service will be on Thursday, Dec 26, at St. Rose Church 615 Vine Ave beginning with Visitation at 10 am, Rosary at 10:30, Funeral Mass at 11:00, and reception following at Sierra View Country Club(pls RSVP by Dec 18 if attending the reception for the caterers). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sierra Pregnancy + Health Email info@ sierraph.org
