Coach D. I'm the founder, owner, and basically COE (Chief of Everything) here at The Lions Cage. I am a professional Strength, Conditioning and Performa
nce Coach, as well as a professional PTA (physical therapist assistant). As a strength coach I'm certified as a USC level 1 and CPPS level 1. We are located at the back side of the campus property at VCA (Valley Christian Academy High School), home of the VCA Lions. I began training the VCA varsity and JV sports teams in 2008, and over the past 12 years I have created the culture of "IF YOU'RE NOT STRONG, YOU DON'T BELONG!", which has become a globally recognized statement of strength, mental toughness, discipline and fortitude. I created the annual "VCA's Strongest Lion Contest", a high school strongman contest, that will be celebrating it's 8th yearly event this June (2017). And in this time we have expanded our clientele to where we now train and prepare athletes from all sports -
