Choose Volition

Today I gave feedback to 8 people & now I notice:

1) I’m a bit lighter in my soul.

2) I’m feeling a bit silly- as I revealed, I realized I didn’t fully believe some of the things I held as truth.

3) I feel closer to all 8.

4) I feel closer to myself (integrity) & more confident.

Feedback is a gift. 🎁 💝

Nothing changes until something changes. I’ve been in business going on 14 years and have been bumping up against a ceiling of achievement for more years than I want to admit.

Last year I took myself on & faced the realities of my limits in my role as the CEO in my business. I signed up for this program & made it through to the certificate. Boy was this brutal, but I did it! Feeling proud of myself for completing this and conflicting to invest in more growth. I am truly just getting started!

I continue to see changes and improvements in myself and our team. It never seems to happen fast enough for my expectations, but that is where all the growth is happening.

Lasting change/transformation takes time. Sending out encouragement to any other person wanting major improvements yesterday! Let’s keep taking our baby steps, putting one foot in front of the other.

Getting sooooo excited for 2025!!! This is the year! Our Voiition book comes out & our message of hope, choice & purpose!!! Less reactivity & more presence!

I can’t believe we are coming up on one year of working together! Sarah brings so much energy and life to me! And our clients! I am so excited about what’s next for us & Volition’s services and impact on leaders, teams & organizations! Today, I just thank God for bringing me Sarah, first as a friend & now as a Volition team member!

What a delightful time and conversation with this genius! So grateful to get to collaboarte & learn from & with fellow consultants, like Justin, passionate about cultivating healthy teams and workplaces!

While we covered sooooo much on the work front, my biggest take away was the laughter we got! I’ll be laughing about this for days- hearing the words fall out of my mouth, “Maybe he (God) has a plan.” We busted up laughing so hard. I think what I actually said is “IF he has a plan.” 🤣🤣🤣

Well, sometimes we just need to hear our thoughts so that we can upgrade them! God has a plan!
