Would you rather...

Take a 3-day road trip with a brooding, moody teenager or an 5-hour bus ride with a teething infant?

We played a classic game of "would you rather" yesterday!

The kids were given blank cards where they had to pose a question giving two alternatives while the other kids had to chose which of the two alternatives they would prefer.

What's better than seeing a glimpse into a child's imagination!

New Year, New ME!

This week we started talking about what a "new year resolution" means. Ms. Lauren gave the kiddos a piece of paper where they had to draw a picture of something they wanted to be better at or work on this year.

It was a fun group discussion where being "better at bike riding" seemed to be the trend. đŸ˜‚

As the school year comes to an end, we want to CELEBRATE our kids hard work this year!

December 17th is our End-of-the-Year Champions Party!

We are going to be playing fun games such as:

- Pin the nose on the snowman
-"Trim the tree" race
- Candy cane fishing

We'd love to see ALL our Champions kids there, plus any other Riego Creek students. The more the merrier!
