Baseball, Softball, and Golf Functional Performance. We use the latest technology to analyze the rotational athlete's swing characteristics.

We find the mechanical and physical limitations in your swing to help you understand why you swing the way you do. Using our performance analysis, we collaborate with coaches and strength and conditioning staff to make specific personalized recommendations for you to adjust and correct your swing motions to improve your performance. We focus on trunk and core stability along with posture and joint alignment to restore and create a correctly sequenced, more efficient swing.

In my clinic, I work with golfers to improve club head speed, exit velocity, and distance while also decreasing their risk of injury. We focus on custom exercises and adjustments to improve your swing mechanics and range of motion. My certifications include Titleist Performance Institute Levels 1 and 2, SFMA Levels 1 and 2, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Facilitation Exercise.

We want to see pitchers demonstrate sufficient hip and thoracic spine extension, as Griffin Jax of the Twins does for in our Lunge with Extension Test.

Though it might not look like it, these are key physical qualities for maximizing arm health.

If the thoracic spine and hip don't extend well, the shoulder and elbow may have to do more work to achieve maximum layback.
