The Canvas search feature has been updated from Atomic Search to IgniteAI Search. To use IgniteAI Search, first open a course. Then, look for the “IgniteAI Search” option in the course navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

Important Canva Update for LCISD Staff & Students
To support staff and student safety, Canva has updated its sharing settings. As a result, access to the “Archived Lamar CISD” team will be removed this summer. If you have designs stored there, you must copy them to your campus or district team by June 10, 2026, or you will lose access permanently. The TA TEKS focus for May is Research and Creation. Students need to learn and practice how to identify the validity of information they find online. They also need to practice creating media to share the valid information they collect. Take some time this last grading period to allow your students to create and present something in the classroom.
