📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR​📢

Transition to Standard Dress Code (No Uniforms)

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to share an important update for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Our district will be transitioning to a standard dress code, and school uniforms will no longer be required.

While uniforms are being discontinued, all students will be expected to follow the district’s established dress code guidelines to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Please note that while a uniform is not mandatory items such as tights and leggings for pants and crocs are still not permitted.

🍭🧪 Our ECSE scientists had a SWEET time exploring science today!

Students discovered how solids can change into liquids through a fun, hands-on experiment using cotton candy and water. They watched with excitement as the fluffy cotton candy (solid) quickly dissolved when water was added, creating a colorful liquid right before their eyes! 🌈💧

Learning through exploration, observation, and play makes science come alive for our youngest learners! We are so proud of their curiosity, engagement, and excitement during this tasty STEM activity. 💙✨

🌟 5th Grade Adventure Day at Go Ape! 🌟

Our 5th grade students had an unforgettable day at Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park! From soaring through the trees on ziplines to conquering exciting obstacle courses, students showed courage, teamwork, and determination every step of the way. 🌳💪✨

Laughter, adventure, and memories filled the day as students challenged themselves and cheered each other on. We are so proud of their positive attitudes and willingness to try new things!

A huge thank you to our teachers, staff, and chaperones who helped make this fun-filled experience possible. What an amazing way to celebrate our incredible 5th graders! 🎉🦅

To celebrate the end of an amazing school year, we are excited to announce one final fundraiser! Students will have the opportunity to enjoy Free Dress during the last week of school.

Please use the flyer and QR codes below to purchase your student’s Free Dress pass by this Friday, 5/15. Thank you for your continued support — we look forward to ending the year with fun and school spirit!

5th grade took a college trip to HCC yesterday! The students enjoyed first hand experience being respiratory techs, completing laparoscopy surgery, administering meds for heart attacks, and even performing CPR in the simulation lab on dummies! It was an overall great experience and we may have some future medical careers!

Our talented students truly shined at the Gifted & Talented Showcase! 🌟 From innovative projects to creative presentations, they demonstrated incredible critical thinking, curiosity, and passion for learning.

We are so proud of their hard work and the dedication they’ve shown throughout this journey. A big thank you to our teacher, Mrs. Burch and families for supporting and encouraging these bright minds every step of the way!

Our 4th grade students had an unforgettable adventure at the Houston Interactive Aquarium and Animal Preserve! 🐠🦜🐢

From exploring fascinating marine life to getting up close with a variety of animals, students were fully engaged in hands-on learning and discovery. Experiences like these bring classroom learning to life and create lasting memories!

A big thank you to our teachers and chaperones for making this trip such a success! 💙

Our 5th graders had an unforgettable time on their field trip to Topgolf! ⛳🎉 From perfect swings to lots of laughter, it was a day full of fun, teamwork, and great memories.

A huge shoutout to Mr. Muzzy for going above and beyond by treating our students to an extra hour of play—what an incredible surprise! Your generosity made the day even more special for our students.
