Austin Marshall, founder of the telemedicine company Enbold, is transitioning into a new field where his diagnostic skills take on a different form—troubleshooting HVAC systems. His interest in the trade began when he set out to research a mini-split replacement for his garage, which led him to TSTC’s Fort Bend County campus. Learn more about his journey.

The second Industry and Innovation Panel took place this evening at TSTC’s Fort Bend County campus, bringing together industry leaders from Arm, a NASA contractor and Claroty. Their discussion explored how organizations are adopting AI and the opportunities this technology is expected to create across the workforce. We appreciate the panelists for contributing their knowledge and perspectives.

Driven by a passion for high-intensity work, Mario Torres is preparing for a career in the utility industry through TSTC’s Electrical Lineworker and Management program in Fort Bend County. Torres is building the technical knowledge, physical endurance and climbing skills needed to succeed in the electrical lineworker industry.

Please join us in celebrating and welcoming Frank Denton of Conroe, who recently took the oath of office as the newest member of the TSTC Board of Regents at our board meeting in Fort Bend County.
Mr. Denton brings an exceptional background in leadership across manufacturing, commercial real estate and public service, along with a distinguished record of service to the State of Texas. His experience and perspective will be invaluable as TSTC continues to expand opportunity for students and strengthen the workforce across Texas.
We are grateful to Governor Greg Abbott for this appointment and look forward to the leadership and insight Mr. Denton will bring to the Board of Regents.
