I’m glad that I have my home gym, with new years around the corner, meaning public gyms will be packed from tomorrow till about March.
While an extra packed gym can make it more difficult to get your workout, keep some things in mind:
These new people are here to better themselves, many of them not familiar with the gym scene. If you see someone struggling, offer some advice in a positive manner. Don’t make fun of people that have no idea what they’re doing. Keep in mind that at one time YOU had no idea what you were doing at one point in time.

Some times life gets super hectic. Some times you just gotta do the bare basics. These are pre cooked hamburger patties and chicken breasts that I air fried and threw in the skillet. Two days worth of meals that took about 20 minutes to cook. These are not ideal meals, but they’ll do in a pinch. 👊
If you can’t rack the weight, don’t worry. I’m sure there’s an old lady that’s going to do it for you 🤦♂️
Just a quick tip. While collagen protein does have some benefits, it’s definitely not the best for athletic performance, gaining muscle size and strength. For this, as far as a protein supplement goes, you’re much better off with a quality whey protein supplement. *insert 90s “the more you know” nbc commercial ending*
