We’re adding a little extra energy to this week’s workouts!

Wear your brightest neon gear and light up the gym!

Break out your red, white, and blue and show your team spirit!

These Senior-led practices are a great opportunity to get extra touches, build team chemistry, and have some fun before tryouts.

☘️ Irish Pride on Parade! 💙💛🏐

What a great day representing Rosemount Irish Volleyball at the Leprechaun Days Parade! Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer us on and show your support for our players and program.

A huge shoutout to our athletes, families, and volunteers who helped make today a success—from walking the route to handing out candy and proudly representing what it means to be Irish.

As we head into the start of the season, we’re excited for what’s ahead. The countdown to tryouts is on, and we can’t wait to get back in the gym together!

Calling ALL Rosemount Irish Volleyball players (grades 9-12)! Join us as we represent our program at the Leprechaun Days Parade this Saturday. This is a great opportunity to show our Irish pride, have some fun, and kick off the season together!

Tryout season is almost here! If you’re an incoming 9th–12th grade girl interested in playing for Rosemount High School, here’s what you need to do:

✅ Tryouts begin Monday, August 17
✅ Have a current sports physical on file with the school
✅ Register through Edutrak: district196.cf.edutrakconnect.com

This is your chance to be part of a program built on hard work, teamwork, and pride.

🏐 Watch for additional information on captains’ practices, tryout times, and everything you need to be ready for Day 1.
