Guiding Star Cycle Show is part of the education branch of Guiding Star Project & in partnership with My Fertility Matters Project of Germany.

It's an engaging, age-appropriate puberty education workshop designed specifically for girls ages 9-12.

We want to see the Guiding Star Cycle Show available to all girls 9-12 years old throughout America. We would like to start with the communities that we have Certified Guiding Star Cycle Show Instructors.

We are looking for Cycle Show Workshop Hosts!

To be a Host you can:

⭐ Help us to identify a facility to present the workshop and Parent Presentation
⭐ Help invite 9-12 year old girls to attend the workshop
⭐ Help invite parents, community educators and leaders to join the Parent Presentation the night before the workshop

We are currently looking for Hosts in Minnesota, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Arizona, Alabama, Michigan, Kentucky and Puerto Rico!

When parents learn that there is a program that will teach their daughters about the goodness of their bodies in a pure, truthful, fun engaging way; hope in changing our culture for the good is renewed! Young women begin to walk in the confidence of who they are and without fear of the changes that they are facing through the season of puberty.

Girls workshop for 9-12 year olds will be October 3rd 9 AM - 2 PM

Today it is more important than ever for young girls to have high self-esteem regarding their bodies, not just when they are in the middle of puberty, but before the onset. The beginning of sexual maturation is the ideal time for girls to learn about and appreciate all the amazing changes that are taking place within their bodies. Participation in the Cycle Show gives girls healthy respect for their bodies and helps to protect them as they move into their teenage years.

Interested organizations or schools who would like to Host a Cycle Show Workshop in their area may complete our Host Inquiry Form.

Kari Beadner our Guiding Star Cycle Show Coordinator will assist you in coordinating a Guiding Star Cycle Show experience for their local community.

Who are we looking for?
💛 Women with a heart and skill for teaching 9-12-year-old girls
💛 Women who chart their own cycles
💛 Women who enjoy traveling locally and/or nationwide
💛 Women located across the United States with access to airports for traveling
when needed
💛 Women who chart their own cycles
💛 Women who understand the mission of The Guiding Star Project and are
passionate about equipping the next generation of women to understand,
embrace, and love their natural female bodies

Guiding Star Cycle Show Instructor Training Program requires:

❤️ Submission of an instructor training application by February 1, 2026
❤️ Viewing a Guiding Star Cycle Show's Workshop or attend our 1-day Women's
Cycle Show Experience prior to the training session (February 26, 2026)
❤️ A 2-day in-person training session (February 27-28, 2026)
❤️ A 3-9 month Supervised Practicum
❤️ A certification process to then become a contracted employee of The Guiding
Star Project
❤️ A financial investment

2-Day Basic training will be February 27-28, 2026!

The first step in bringing the Guiding Star Cycle Show to your community; or discerning the right timing for your daughter to attend the Guiding Star Cycle Show; is to attend the Parent Presentation webinar.

This 90-minute LIVE Webinar will give parents, school administrators, or workshop hosts a wonderful summary of the 5-hour workshop and answer all of your questions about hosting the dynamic learning opportunity for all young women 9-12 years old.
