We have all said, "I don't have time". I say it too often. And I want to give my best to my family, and I know you do too. But when I run myself ragged there is nothing left to take care of my family or do the work I love, in the way I want to.

I wanted to share with you what's working for me and hopefully it will help you get started.

What's the big deal?? Do you really need a skincare regimen?

Yesterday the news broke with a change in the business model of the skincare company I am partnered with. For a multitude of reasons, they made this business decision. Many incredible women I dearly love are struggling today because their financial situation is about to drastically change. My heart is breaking for them.

And here I am. My business strategy was different, so this change is actually a good thing for me, and I more importantly a great thing for my customers and those yet to try these products.

I am grateful for the incredible women that are in my life because of this business. And more than anything I am grateful for the opportunity to continue to help amazing women like you take care of yourselves and your skin. I am not going anywhere. I will continue to promote and share these products with you because I have seen what they can do.

When we look good it truly changes us from the outside in. My focus has always been and will always be serving you. In the fall I will also begin to offer self-care webinars to help you take care of yourself - body, mind and soul.

I am so thankful for all the love, support and sweet messages. You are dearly loved and appreciated! Challenges come for every one of us. The question is, will the challenge open up the next opportunity or will it lock us down. The choice is yours.

Today I choose the opportunity to serve all of you!

This lady is a true testament to what ‘retirement’ can look like. She had a successful sales career in a male dominated industry (steel sales) for decades. Then at 61 she found herself with a pink slip in hand, simply because the company needed to save money. And she is a widow. There was no one to support her, she had to find a way. And she did!

Here’s what Jacquie said
“One door closed, and a bigger door opened. The timing could not have been more perfect. Who would have guessed a layoff at age 61 would have been the best thing ever? It forced me to make a change, a change that indeed was for the better. I joined Rodan + Fields, now I am my own boss, make my own money and help others face the reality of what might happen to them.”

Now 16 years later, she is still leading the way with grace and grit. What an honor to be in this business with incredible women like Jacquie.

My PSA for today. Please stop shaming people for not being 'early birds'. We aren't all made the same. Not everyone wants to be up before the rooster crows. And many of us are not super productive when we are up that early.

It's OK to be you. In fact it is awesome to be you. There is no one else like you in the world and that is amazing. So whatever your title - early bird 🐦, night owl 🦉or tired pigeon, embrace it and make the most of it! You can make an impact and be 'successful' (however you define that) no matter what your best time of the day is.

Newsflash, no one wants the worm 🪱 - eww!!🤮

PS - I love you whether you are an early bird, night owl or tired pigeon. No shame here! And for the record, I am more of a night owl. And definitely not an early bird. 😘😘
