We had a special visit last week from Anders Dahlgren, director of the library from 1979 to 1984. During his tenure, the library board and staff designed and built our current facility and relocated here from our original location around the corner on Main Street.

When our building on Park Street opened, residents and staff used a card catalog to organize and browse the Library's collection, and we were years away from owning our first computers. Now, our catalog is completely digital and the Library has PCs for staff and public use on both floors, wireless internet for you to use with your mobile devices, and we also loan mobile hotspots for internet access outside of the Library.

How do you imagine Roselle Public Library will change in another 40 to 50 years?
