Hey RPS Community,

October is National Principals Month, and I want to say it plainly: Roselle Public Schools does not move forward without principals.

They are instructional leaders, problem-solvers, and the steady presence in every building. Much of their work happens without an audience, but this month I want you to know it is seen.

As we enter Year 5 of Vision 2027, *Build and Sustain, they are the living example of shared, sustainable leadership. They shape the culture our students feel the moment they walk through the door, and they move us closer to Collective Ownership every day.

So thank you to our principals for leading Roselle with heart, courage, and purpose. Take the compliment. You've earned it.

With gratitude and respect,

Dr. Nathan L. Fisher, Superintendent of Schools

Fixing laptops is great, but this tech integration coach shows that high school students can develop a variety of other skills at the same time.
