The staff of Not Just A Day Care, LLC are all licensed and trained in CPR for your peace of mind while away from your child and for the safety of your child. The infant class doesn't teach any particular skill but encourages the child to enhance the skills that he or she already possesses. Your infant's actions from day-to-day will be observed so we can let you know more about your child's progress. Your child will be nurtured with cuddling, cooing and talking, as well as having the beginning basics of independence taught to them. Your infant will be given activities that encourage him or her to explore their surroundings through their 5 senses. Some activities that involve touch and taste are squeezing and tasting dough, mimicking actions such as clapping and more. The activities are designed to enhance your child's fine and gross motor skills. The goal of the infant class is to promote a happy and healthy environment for your child in addition to providing them with a nurturing environment.
