We wish everyone a safe Spring Break (April 15-18) and a Happy Easter!!

Our kids program will be closed from Friday April 15 - Monday April 18 and reenergizing to resume classes on April 19.

Stay safe and have fun. We'll see you when we get back!

Every year coach James Binky Jones and coach Anthony Hynes get to give out the Never Give Up award to a student. This year that student is Nova McQuaid. She definitely deserved this award for all her hard work even during Covid and the gym being closed she still showed up to online classes and trained even on the beach when she was on vacation. She trains hard during every class and is always giving 100%. Congratulations Nova!
