For the last few months, 8th graders worked on a Capstone Project in their Advisory classes. The goal was to take a topic that would help make Fremont a better place for returning and new students and share those proposals such as understanding the effects of hate speech, more elective choices, air conditioning to support healthy learning environments, equitable locker rooms, a safer track, adjusting school hours to support students sleep, and much more. Some students were able to present their projects today to Fremont administration, Roseburg School's Superintendent, the Director of Teaching and Learning, as well as a few school board members. Their hard work was seen and heard. Way to go Generals.

Join us on Wednesday, June 3rd from 5:00–6:00 PM in the Aux Gym to celebrate the hard work and creativity of our 7th grade students!
Throughout this unit, students have explored Arthurian legends and life in the Middle Ages, and they have created a variety of projects to showcase what they learned. We are excited to share their work with families, friends, and our Fremont community.
We hope you'll stop by and see all they have accomplished!
