Happy 100th Birthday to Thelma, one of our Extraordinary volunteers ❣🎂🎁🎈🎉
This former First Citizen drove a dog sled as a missionary in Alaska, rode on a zip line at 90 and she turns 100 today Thelma Sayers, former First Citizen of Roseburg, turns 100 on Thursday.
