Thank you to our Douglas County Commissioners for their proclamation recognizing the importance of the Umpqua River Lighthouse and Coastal History Museum. Our lighthouse is the only one in Oregon where the public can climb to the top and view the ocean from inside.

A new website for the Umpqua Valley Museums just launched today! It features all new photography, detailed exhibit and tour information, current news, and easy to purchase memberships for the Douglas County Museum and the Umpqua River Lighthouse Museum. Some new sections have been added like Event Space Rental and the Umpqua Lighthouse Cafe and Gift Shop along with Umpqua Lighthouse Tour information.
