Stay on a path that moves you forward. I have struggled for a few years to find and stay on my path. I know the struggle of the challenges many people face. 2 years ago I was diagnosed as Insulin Dependent Type II Diabetic. I changed my lifestyle and have been off any medication for over a year. I am not a dietitian, nutritionist, or diabetic coach. But, I have a desire to help people develop healthier lives. I've been an educator of 17 years and coached high sports for 20 years. After my diagnosis I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM). This past month, I've been working setting up my business to work with clients who are interested in guidance and assistance to create a better lifestyle for themselves. If I can turn my life around so can anyone who has the desire to so. I encourage you to keep working and striving for a better you. In spite of challenges, stay on your path and move towards the best life possible.
