REMINDER: A test score does not define you or your student. As we talked about in class today, each student must fulfill their individual purpose in life, and for some of us, testing isn't our "thing."

Students - you are more than a test score, you are more than a "standardized test." You have all worked extremely hard this year and I am proud of each of you. You amaze me each day with your knowledge and growth.

Parents - encourage your children to do their best and stay focused. They are smart, hard working, and need to be encouraged to stay confident.

Lastly, I'd like to remind all students and parents of the testing schedule:

Wednesday, May 29 - Math EOG
Thursday, May 30 - English/Language Arts EOG
Monday, June 3 - Science or Social Studies Final Exam

Thank you all for a wonderful year! Summer is near!

“Make sure you treat your group teacher just like you treat Ms. Wise.....or actually, better!”
Students worked in groups with a “student teacher” to practice the distributive property. They worked so awesome in groups & I think we’ll do this more often 😊🙌🏻

“Absolutely!!!”
Students got to work the problems out on their desks to learn how to solve equations for the missing value. 🔍✏️

We needed some help with adding and subtracting integers, so the students were “trapped” in math class until they could solve all 4 levels and escape! They had fun working together to solve problems! So proud of them for their hard work today.

The first grading period (term 1) ends Monday, Oct. 22nd.

‼️ Math 1 students with test corrections should return their tests & corrections Monday, Oct. 22nd or their test grade will result in a 0.

All students have turned in all other work & grades will be final by Friday. Report Cards go home the following Monday, Oct. 29.
