HIPPY is a home-based, early childhood, education readiness program for parents of two, three, four, and five year-old children. HIPPY believes that parents are their child’s first and most important teacher. Each local HIPPY program is staffed by a professionally trained coordinator and a team of well-trained home-based educators. Together they work with parents to schedule a time that is most convenient for weekly home visits. Your child must be 2 years old by August 1st, 2019. HIPPY is provided at no cost to the family.
