We finished off our Community Helpers lesson with a surprise trip to our local Fire Station!!!

The kids loved learning about all the emergency vehicles 🚑 🚒

And they even got to see how quickly the firefighters have to get dressed in their full gear (2 minutes, in case anyone is wondering!!)

Last Friday, we celebrated an early birthday as it was our friend's last day before moving on to kindergarten!

It was a very bittersweet day as it's always sad when we lose friends, but we turned it into a fun day with cupcakes and a gift!!

Today, we had a surprise visit from our local police station!!! 🚔 👮‍♀️

The kids each got to sit in the front seat of the police car, and the officer showed them each part of the police car!!

Then, she gave each of them a goodie bag to take home!
