Do you love working with little ones and want to be part of a small, supportive early learning environment? Our Early Learning Center is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! 💛

👶 Our toddler classroom:
• Small group of just 3–7 children
• Monday–Friday
• Hands-on teaching, play, learning & lots of relationship building

✨ What you’ll do:
• Plan and implement engaging activities
• Provide loving, attentive care
• Support children’s behavioral, educational & developmental needs
• Diapering and daily classroom care
• Communicate with families
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

📚 What we’re looking for:
✔️ High school diploma required
✔️ Experience working with young children
✔️ Reliable, caring & patient
✔️ Willingness to grow professionally
✔️ OCCRRA Level II Career Pathways preferred, but we’re willing to help the right person obtain it

💰 $13.75–$16.50/hour
📅 Full-time | Monday–Friday
