USU Extension is offering a hands-on class series for adults who want to learn more about healthy eating while preparing delicious, diabetes-friendly recipes.

Throughout the series, participants will gain practical nutrition tips, try new recipes, and build cooking skills they can use at home. The classes are designed for adults with Type 2 diabetes, but all adults are welcome to attend!

Registration includes a recipes, helpful information, and resources to support healthy eating at home.
