Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated is the FIRST Latina sorority to be established in the nation. This organization was founded to create a sisterhood that would not only empower women but also help each and every one of them grow to be the Universal Woman. Lambda Theta Alpha is Latin by tradition Not by definition. We embrace diversity and welcome all women of different ethnicities, religions, and creeds. The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha shall be to provide a sisterhood based on unity, love and respect. To develop passionate leaders who will then provide and practice political, social and cultural activities. Lambda Theta Alpha promotes unity through charitable and educational programs and believes in maintaining a higher standard of learning.

Theta Kappa Pi (ΘΚΠ) is a regional sorority with a foundation built on friendship, service, and integrity that was founded at Penn State University on February 13, 1984. The Gamma chapter of Theta Kappa Pi was founded in 2002 at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. This chapter contains members that are students at Lewis University as well as University of St. Francis.
Theta Kappa Pi’s mascot is the lion. The colors are royal blue, kelly green and white. The sorority’s philanthropy is women against domestic violence. Members of Theta Kappa Pi hold high standards of scholastic performance while working to enhance the college experience for all students and give back to the community at large. The vision of Theta Kappa Pi is to be a premiere sorority achieving excellence in our chapters among our members and influencing the lives of others. Theta Kappa Pi does not discriminate based on ethnicity, major, age or appearance. We strive for scholastic honor, service to our community, Greek unity and the encouragement of our fellow sisters.
