Lewis Women in Aviation

I hope you're having a fantastic summer so far! We’re excited about all the great events coming up next month. First, there’s the 49th annual breakfast with the EAA chapter at Lewis University airport — it’s always a wonderful gathering. Next, we’ll celebrate the inspiring women in aviation, highlighting their contributions. Then, there’s the Air Race Classic, which will run over a few exciting days. Finally, don’t miss the Run the Runway event at Chicago Executive Airport (PWK), a fun way to experience the airport up close. We hope to see you there and share in these amazing experiences!

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we are proud to congratulate our scholarship recipients and highlight their goals and aspirations. This is the largest group we have ever been able to send, made possible by their dedication and hard work. Over the past year, these young women have fundraised, networked, invested in their professional development, and given back to the aviation community in many ways. We are excited for them to represent Lewis University and proud that their dedication and fundraising efforts helped make this opportunity financially accessible for everyone. Congratulations!
