Wilco’s Annual Awards Ceremony was a smashing success! We were proud to recognize students from every program for National Technical Honors Society, Student of the Year, TREP Finalists, and Golden Apple recipients. Thank you to our student’s families for turning out to celebrate all their student’s hard work!

Last week our Emergency Medical Services classes visited LifeStar EMS helicopter, stationed in Joliet. They learned all about critical care paramedics and nurses and how air ambulances help critical patients get to appropriate hospitals quickly!

Today our students and programs were blessed with donations from DEWALT. We are grateful and excited for these tools to be implemented into our programs

Our Health and Human Services Expo was another success! We had over 800 students and dozens of community vendors come to connect with our talented students. Thank you to all the vendors who participated!

Advancing to the state level is no small accomplishment—students must first qualify through highly competitive regional events, and they then face some of the most talented competitors from across the state. The level of preparation, skill, and professionalism required to succeed at this stage is truly exceptional.

Our students rose to the challenge, showcasing impressive career exploration, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellence. We are proud to recognize 9 ECE students earning Gold medals and 3 Culinary students earning Silver medals!
Their hard work, perseverance, and passion truly set them apart. Congratulations to all!
