I’m thinking of offering a Happiest of Holidays “vision board” workshop- a free, one hour group meet up where we work together to figure out how to have our best holidays yet- the ones we really want. I promise it will be easy & enlightening. It will probably be sometime next week. You interested? Drop a comment & we’ll work out the particulars as a group. Because the holidays are a lot, but no matter our circumstances, we can find ways to care for ourselves in the midst of it all! 🎄✨♥️

It’s been a little while, but this was too good not to share. This is what Morph Your Thoughts is all about. We are all our thoughts and emotions- but creating deeper understanding of those thoughts and emotions, tracing the path of where they came from, and letting go of the things that no longer serve us? That is how we can become who we really want to be.

Is there something that you want in life, but talk yourself out of? That idea that “that thing is not for me. That thing is for other people.” Even when it lights you up? Even when it’s been something you’ve wanted for as long as you remember? That’s the stuff in life that we should really be going for. Put aside the excuses. Find a way. It matters. You matter.

Who knew such inspiration could be found on a paper cup sleeve? “Consider becoming the type of energy that no matter where you go or where you are, you always add value to the space and lives of those around you.”

We are still in the deep in the winter season, where so many of us feel like hibernating, but the sunrises are getting earlier, and the sunsets later. We have made it through the 10 darkest weeks of winter. Have you begun planting the seeds for the next season? Thinking of moves you want to make, habits you want to cultivate, the you you want to be when the world comes alive and things are new again? We can use these cold, dark days for good- so where to you want to grow this spring?

As dawn breaks on this, the second Monday of the year, how are you, really? Do you feel like you are on top of the world? Or are you trying to pretend you have it all together, when you’re really frayed and tired? The secret is, no one REALLY has it all together. They may be thriving in some ways, but we all have things we wish were better, I promise you. That’s why there are life coaches! In my last year of coaching I have supported clients in taking those extra steps to make life BETTER. And you deserve the best life. ♥️

Happy New Year! Most people approach the first of the year as a blank slate, which, is accurate. However, I would like to suggest that every single day is the opportunity for a fresh start. If today you aren’t where you want to be, there’s always tomorrow. And the next day. It’s never too late to change. Don’t forget that.
