Ever wonder what 600 brand new children’s books looks like?

We are overwhelmed, but in the best way possible! SIX HUNDRED children in our community will receive a brand new book from our bookmobile soon!

We would like to give an enormous THANK YOU to Rome First United Methodist church and the participating partners in the community for organizing this book drive for us. This is the love for community and childhood literacy that Dolly undeniably believed in. 🦋 📚

We love our friends at River & Hill Books! Seems like a perfect day to buy your next favorite book, while supporting our mission! 🦋 📚

Join us today in celebrating Dolly Parton Children’s Literacy Day on September 25 (9-2-5) in honor of Dolly’s commitment and contributions to children’s literacy. We have two wonderful biographies of Dolly herself, one is a delightful Little Golden Book biography and the other is for the grown-up fans!

In addition to celebrating Dolly, we will also be giving 9.25% of our sales today to our friends at Cal’s Library, as they work to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to Rome & Floyd County!
