Shorter University is excited to introduce a new academic program beginning Fall 2026:
🎓 Professional Sleep Studies
This 3 semester, in person program is designed to focus on rest, recovery, and performance through innovative recovery techniques.
Coursework will include:
• Intro to Strategic Power Naps
• Blanket Optimization Techniques
• Advanced Couch Studies
• Sleep Environment Design
Students will graduate prepared to optimize rest in any environment.
