A Vi Vo School of Acting, Violin and Voice School of Acting and Voice and Violin A-VI-VO was founded by Juliane Price in 2004. She lived and worked on stages both in Germany and the USA.

The name simply stands for A cting, Vi olin and Vo ice, however when Juliane founded her business she surely liked the double meaning "a vivo" - "to live" (Italian)
Juliane comes from a wide and varied background of performing after graduating with a Masters of Performing Arts Degree from the Folkwang University of the Arts in Germany. She toured with a Kurt Weill Program after she won the National "Lotte Lenya Voice Competition" in Germany. She speaks and coaches in 5 languages (German, English, Russian, Italian, French). She worked for Warner Brothers as an actress in "The Hangover" and W. Disney Motion Pictures in "The Race to Witch Mountain" and was a featured leading role in the 48 h Film Festival in Las Vegas, NV. Her students are determined to learn Songs, Arias, Lied, Oratorio or Pop and Jazz in any languages, styles and genres, not to forget the basic proper technique to sing "healthy" lifelong with a great foundation of reading music and/or, not to forget, in depth acting and character work for film and stage. Currently Juliane offers lessons in Rome. She is an active Performer in any of the genres they are teaching. She started playing Violin at age 5 and is proud to teach young aspiring Violinist. A- VI-VO has been on Dominick Street since Juliane and Stephen moved back to CNY from Las Vegas, NV in 2009.
