A big thank you to everyone who was involved with the preparation, ex*****on, and participation in the 41st Copper City Championship Tournament. It would not have been a success without all of the hard work of the people who volunteered their time and energy. Grand Champions: it's dangerous to go alone... win this! This Saturday, 7/11, is the 41st Copper City Championship Tournament. Black Belt Grand Champion Division winners, including Junior Black Belts, receive a sword as their prize. There is still time to register early. We'll see you there!

The City of Rome has lifted the water advisory but everyone should bring their water bottle to class! Bottles of water and Gatorade are available at the front counter for purchase. As the days become hotter, and more time is spent outside in the sun, it is important to hydrate. Make sure to drink enough water prior to taking class and then afterwards. Everyone should be working hard enough to be sweating it all out! Stay healthy.
