Trauma isn't just about big events. It's about accepting or responding to ideas that affect us. We all navigate something, and how we interpret situations determines if we're free or become affected.

The struggle is real. 'I don't know what to do, I'm afraid, I'm angry, I don't want this.' It sounds like a plea, a surrender to the unknown, yet also a profound acceptance: 'Not my will, Yours.'

What happens around you doesn't define your purpose. What God has for you does, because His Son purchased you from destruction. Faith means being firm and established in Him and His Word, redirecting anything contrary.

Giving God your fears and insecurities means surrendering. Talk to Him like a real being, ask Him questions, and search His Word for answers. Cast your burdens upon Him, and He will sustain you. This is the way to true peace.
