We can’t wait to see everyone!

Tomorrow is Mountain Day, and we look forward to having thousands of students, family, and alumni on campus. Ahead of the event, please read these housekeeping reminders:

• With additional traffic on campus this weekend, we request that community members not come to campus for photoshoots. (And if you postpone to another weekend, the weather will be better and the leaves will be more colorful!)

• When leaving the mountain, Legacy Drive will be open for those who want to leave campus rather than returning to main campus. There will be signs directing you as you depart.

• Any necessary weather updates will be shared both on social media and our website. If you don't see them, we're on as scheduled!

• We're excited to see you, but please leave any pets at home.

Thank you for your understanding, and we can't wait to see you!

Did you know that there's a new community on Mountain Campus? After the march, all are invited to visit Amber Grace, a community (located just off Stretch Road) where adults with mild Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities can experience abundant life. Tours will be self-guided with the opportunity to meet staff and residents. Visits can last as long as you like. The open house will last from 2 to 6 p.m.

Want the best parking spot for the Grand March on Saturday? Bring your own bicycle and join us for a group bike ride on Viking Trail to Mountain Campus for Mountain Day festivities. We'll depart at 10:30 a.m. from the Hermann Hall parking lot and there will be a designated parking area for bikes at the picnic site. Bring your own lock and come along for the ride!
