Mon-Fri: 5:00-5:30

Little Dragons: 5-7 year-olds
Mon-Fri: 5:00-5:30 & Mon-Fri: 6:00-6:30

Taekwondo: 8 & up ALL BELTS
Mon-Fri: 4:00-4:50; Mon-Fri: 5:45-6:35; Saturday: 11:00-12:00

Advanced Taekwondo: 8 & up Blue - Black Belts

The 2026 AAU Taekwondo Olympic Sparring National Team (Cadet, Juniors , Seniors) is officially headed to the 2026 Albania Open!

This will be our first-ever trip to Albania, and we have many exciting plans to make it a truly unforgettable experience with the support of our stellar staff team.
