Halloween class was a blast last night! Don’t forget to bring your costumes for class tonight for a spooktacular time!

Hey Grace Fam! Tuesday and Wednesday classes are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to class! I will have snacks and candy as well for the kiddos.

Hey Grace fam! It is with a heavy heart and a lot of delay that I finally post this announcement. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to get the right words, figure out a game plan, and get the motivation to write this.

However, we will officially be closing at our current location at the end of this month. I’ve spent countless days, hours, emails, and phone calls trying to locate another place that would allow us to have our martial arts classes. Unfortunately, there have not been any willing or available locations.

Our last classes will be October 30th. We will run a normal schedule these last two weeks with the final week being costume classes for the kids for Halloween.

This is not “goodbye” this is just a “see ya later”. I will still keep searching for a location to host classes as time allows with plans of re-opening as soon as I am able. However, please understand these things do take time and is unfortunately not the only thing I have to dedicate time to.

Thank you to everyone, both current and former students, parents, and family members for making this the best three years of Martial arts I’ve ever had. Y’all were the heart and soul of Grace martial arts and I could not have asked for a better Grace fam! Make sure to stay in touch and keep an eye on the page for any updates.

Normal class schedule tonight!

Hey Grace fam! We will be cancelling all classes this Tuesday 10/08. Ms. Maddie is getting over a bad cold and is unable to teach. We will still have classes this Wednesday if anyone would like to try to make up a class. So sorry for any inconveniences.

Hey Grace fam! We will still be having classes tonight! Please be safe and use your best judgement with road conditions!

Reminder! Starting this week there will be no Thursday classes! Lots of options for class still on Tuesday and Wednesday. See yall in class!

Hey Grace fam! As of September (Next week) we will no longer have Thursday classes. Everyone is welcome to swap to either Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you for your understanding, feel free to reach out to Ms. Maddie with any questions.

Hey Grace fam! We will be having testing during class today. Students are still welcome to attend and participate in the warmup as well as sparring with the students testing today. There may be some increased down time while they perform one-steps, forms, and board breaking but otherwise there will still be ample class time. Below is a reminder for students testing today, bring your best attitude, perseverance, and grit tonight!

Karate camp day 5✨

The last day was definitely the best!

The word of today was perseverance! The kids had an “it’s up to you” workout where they had to work together to finish a very challenging workout.

They also started the morning off with a nerf war, reviewed trick kicks and weapons, and finalized their demo to show their parents (posted in comments below)

Thank you to all the parents for bringing your kids this week and the moms for the pizza party for lunch!

Very proud of every child for the work they put in this week physically as well as working hard to practice the character traits we discussed this week🎉

Karate camp day 4💫

Todays word of the day was Self-Control! We talked about what it means, situations we may need it in, and ways to practice self-control with our emotions and bodies.

We then had an exciting and fast paced day going through pad drills, final touches on the overall demo, more sparring, and LIGHTSABERS!!!

Tomorrow is our last day🥲 We will have pizza thanks to some of the best moms ever, a nerf war, and the kids will show off their demo at pick up time to all the parents!
