Congratulations to the Roma MS Band on their performance at the TMF Beach Park Competition!

In addition to all three groups receiving a division 1 “ Superior” Rating, the Beginner Band and Symphonic Winds received the Best in Class Award.🥇

The Symphonic Winds were Grand Champions of today’s festival! 🏆

The Roma Middle School Band has achieved an incredible milestone, earning Sweepstakes at the 2026 UIL Concert & Sightreading Evaluation.

This outstanding accomplishment reflects the dedication, discipline, and musical growth of every student involved. Performing at this level requires excellence in both the prepared concert performance and the sightreading room, and these students rose to the challenge with pride and professionalism.

Congratulations to the members of the Roma Middle School Band, both the Non- Varsity & Varsity for representing our school and community with excellence. Your hard work, commitment, and teamwork continue to set the standard for success. The future of the Gladiator Band program is bright.

We are excited to announce that Roma Middle School Band has been selected as a RGV Band Program of Distinction for 2026!

This honor is awarded by the Rio Grande Valley Band Directors Hall of Fame to programs that demonstrate hard work, musical excellence, and student achievement.

This award is a testament to our students discipline, dedication of our directors and unwavering support of our parents, administration and Roma Community.
