🍎🌋 Apples + Science = Kindergarten Fun! 🌋🍎

Our kindergarten scientists have been exploring apples, and recently took their learning to the next level by turning apples into VOLCANOES! 🤩

With a little creativity, curiosity, and some bubbly science, our students watched their apple volcanoes erupt! 🌋🍎

🚴‍♂️✨ INTRODUCING MATT WILHELM!✨🚴‍♂️

Get ready to be inspired by someone who knows a thing or two about hard work, perseverance, and NEVER giving up!

We were excited to welcome Matt Wilhelm, an incredible BMX athlete, performer, and motivational speaker who has taken his talents to some pretty amazing places—including the X Games and America’s Got Talent!🤯🔥

Matt has wowed audiences around the world with his unbelievable BMX skills, but his most important message is one that everyone can take with them:

💪 Never give up. Keep trying!
🎯 If you want to get good at something, you have to work hard.
⭐ Hard work pays off!

Matt’s journey is a powerful reminder that success doesn’t happen overnight. It takes practice, patience, determination, and the willingness to keep going—even when something feels difficult.

Our Bulldogs really enjoyed his message!🐾

It’s the little gestures that make the biggest impact! 💙🐾

One of our thoughtful Bulldogs surprised Mr. Burden with a very special gift—a tie that might just be one of the most unique we’ve ever seen! 👔

It’s always heartwarming to see our students go out of their way to make someone feel special. We have a feeling this tie will be a favorite for more reasons than one! 💙

🧹💙 Happy National Custodians Day! 💙🧹

Today, we’re celebrating the amazing people who keep RPE clean, safe, and running smoothly! From the little things to the big jobs, our custodians do so much behind the scenes to make our school a wonderful place to learn and grow. 🐾

We are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and care they show our students and staff each and every day. RPE wouldn’t be the same without you!

Thank you for all you do! We appreciate you more than you know! 💙🤍🐾

🎉 Happy National Principals Month, Mr. Burden! 🐾💙

From Zero the Hero to our Train Conductor, Reindeer Romps, and so much more, Mr. Burden has a way of bringing fun, excitement, and a little extra magic to RPE! 🎩🚂🎄

Thank you for leading with enthusiasm, showing up for our students in unforgettable ways, and always finding ways to make school a little more fun. Your leadership, dedication, and willingness to jump right in (sometimes in costume! 😂) make RPE a special place to learn and work.

☀️🍫 Science + sunshine + S’mores = a sweet learning experience! 🔥

Second grade took their learning outside the box—literally! 📦☀️ Students created solar ovens out of pizza boxes and used the power of the sun to make their very own s’mores! 😋

This tasty experiment connected perfectly to their study of states of matter. Students explored how heat from the sun can cause materials to change and discovered that some changes in matter cannot be reversed.

Who knew science could be this delicious?! 🧪➡️🍫➡️😋
